We can work together to help you understand what's happened in your life so far, and where you'd like to be in the future. Working collaboratively, we can find a way forward that suits you and helps you to become your best self. I offer a non-judgemental and safe space for you to explore your issues at a pace that suits you. I work with a diverse range of people and issues, including neurodiversity and chronic illnesses. I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy within an integrative framework, using evidence-based treatments and tailoring them to suit each individual client.

I can help you clarify and achieve your goals and to feel better in your everyday life. While we can't always change what's around us, we can change our relationship to it and let go of many of the worries and stresses of life. I hold Provisional Accreditation with BABCP and am a Practitioner Member of COSCA with over 300 post-graduate hours of face-to-face experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression and low mood, relationship and work difficulties, neurodiversity and OCD.
