I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist offering one to one counselling sessions to anyone who feels they need help with a variety of issues. The approach I use is an integrative Cognitive Behavioural approach, which allows me to borrow techniques from other therapies.
My aim will be to help you to become your own therapist, by providing psycho education on any issues you are facing and providing you with a variety of tools and techniques to ensure you are better equipped to deal these. We will work together to help set goals and find ways to challenge and cope with these difficulties in a way that best suits you.
