Krzysztof Wlodarski

I graduated with the BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Edinburgh Napier University in 2012. Two years after that I completed COSCA certificate in Counselling Skills and in 2016 Diploma in Counselling and Groupwork- Cognitive Behavioural Approach at the Centre of Therapy and Counselling Studies.

I have experience working with a wide variety of psychological problem from anxiety to depressive disorders as well as others.
My personal Goal as a CBT therapist is to assist my clients in the discovery and realization of their values, as well as to help them develop an accepting, open and informed attitude towards their own history of experiences, emotions, thoughts and somatic sensations so that they do not stand in the way of important life goals.

As a member of the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) and well as COSCA I fallow ethical framework of these professional bodies to ensure that high standard of ethical practice.

I conduct therapy both in English as well as in Polish.
