I am a fully insured and Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who advocates an empathic, respectful and non-judgemental approach to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and CBT counselling.

There are times when we all experience situations that cause us distress or uncertainty and we find ourselves unable to move past these times and are unable to speak to those people who are close to us.  I offer my clients a safe and confidential space to talk about their issues and concerns.

During our sessions we will focus on your current issues and your future goals.  As our sessions progress, you will be able to discover and practise alternative, new ways of thinking about and tackling your issues and attaining your future goals.

You will become more aware of yourself, other people and your environment.  This increased awareness will improve your self esteem, confidence and compassion for yourself and others.
