Therapy is a process of Growth and Self Discovery and in my sessions I promote behavioural transformation by encouraging a healthier outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions.
With my Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT)experience
we will work together to solve current problems and improve your thinking and behaviours.
I am confident you will find my sessions beneficial and motivational because in the end, making small changes to self defeating behaviours and coping with feelings of sadness, fear and pain can bring life altering results.
