I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and member of the BABCP. You are perhaps feeling overwhelmed, stuck, stressed and unsure how to make changes in your life. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, phobias, low self-esteem and relationships. I offer 1:1 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions; CBT is a collaborative approach, where we will work together to identify and understand your issues. We will look at what maintains the problem and how we can make effective sustainable changes.
