Tina Anderson
SCOTACS Diploma in Counselling & Groupwork – a Cognitive Behavioural Approach

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, registered with BABCP and COSCA.

I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to allow my clients to explore their feelings and gain an understanding of their situation through looking at the connection between their thoughts, feelings, behaviours and physical sensations. Together we can identify what is not helpful to you and explore different, more helpful ways of approaching the problem.

I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm and obsessive compulsive disorder. I have also worked with people experiencing suicidal ideation.
