I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist providing therapy for a range of issues which affect individuals.  I have over ten years experience working with children, young people and families to overcome social and emotional difficulties and have a particular interest in working with children and young adults.

I have experience working collaboratively with individuals to overcome difficulties in the following areas:

  • Anxiety, panic, phobias and OCD
  • Bereavement
  • Depression
  • Low self-esteem and confidence issues
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Self-harm
  • Suicide Ideation
