I bring a solution focussed approach to therapy, and emphasise the importance of using psychoeducation to allow a person to develop an in-depth understanding of their problems. In a supportive and confidential therapeutic environment, this understanding can make way for changes in thinking and behaviour, allowing for real life changes and the development of the skills needed to address future stressful life events.

I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with extensive experience working in the statutory and voluntary sectors as a psychologist, therapist and support worker. Specifically I have experience in working with clients in the areas of
